A structured way to present your situation to the Firm: we collect the key elements of your case, assess whether it fits our areas of practice and clearly inform you of the outcome.
How it works
The preliminary review is intended for people with a concrete legal problem — in particular insurance claims and disputes, damages compensation, civil or professional liability and international matters — who want to know whether the Firm can assist them.
- Describe the situation and indicate the subject matter, counterparty and estimated value.
- The Firm examines the case and assesses its fit.
- You receive the outcome: an initial consultation, a request for documents or, for selected cases, a brief preliminary discussion at no cost (15 minutes).
- No outcome is automatic: every case is reviewed by the Firm.

Frequently asked questions
Does submitting a request guarantee a no-cost discussion?
No. The Firm reviews every case and selects those for which a brief no-cost preliminary discussion is appropriate. In other cases it may propose a paid consultation or request additional documents.
Is the preliminary review legal advice?
No. The preliminary review assesses whether your case fits the Firm and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Legal advice is only provided within a consultation.
